When moving material, the user can select the specific sub batch that needs to be moved throughout the warehouse while checking the compatibility of storage conditions/attributes and while leaving a compliant electronic trail. AX for Pharma 365 customers have gained the capability to label each container with a unique ID, track it, and know exactly where it is placed and how much quantity it has. This is extremely useful if different containers have different attributes such as shelf-life date, or have been released for a different intended use such as commercial manufacturing vs R&D, or have unique storage conditions. Users also can block a specific sub batch. If a sub batch is damaged, the user would simply block or stop the sub batch in AXP365 to prevent consumption or shipment while deciding whether it should be removed or scraped from the inventory.
