All of the steps that AX for Pharma will take shall be in furtherance of our organization’s effort to maintain and evolve operational procedures designed to meet local and international standards governing the protection of Personal Data, including the mandates of the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
It is important to understand that our website is not the only website on the world-wide-web. Personal Data can be freely held on network servers linking to our website without any external security procedure and therefore can be seen and utilized by people other than the original recipient.
